1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ZilScore. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use ZilScore, you must:

• Be at least 14 years of age, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction
• If under 18, have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian
• Not be barred from using the Services under any applicable law
• Not have previously been suspended or removed from the Services

ZilScore is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires our prior written permission.

3. Description of the Services

ZilScore is a global mobile application providing:

• Football news, articles, and editorial content
• Live match scores, fixtures, results, and standings
• Team and player statistics and information
• Coverage of major international competitions including the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and other competitions
• Dedicated coverage of Seychelles and Indian Ocean football
• Community features including polls and (when launched) comments
• Personalized push notifications based on the teams and players you follow

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time without notice.

ZilScore is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official football club, league, federation, governing body (including but not limited to FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, CAF, AFC, OFC, CONCACAF, or any national football association), broadcaster, or sports data provider, unless explicitly stated.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of ZilScore, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
• Maintain and update your information as it changes
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Notify us immediately at support@zilscore.com of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to refuse account creation, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Account deletion: You can delete your account at any time from within the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.

5. Football Data and Third-Party Providers

Match data, fixtures, standings, statistics, team information, player information, and news content displayed in ZilScore are obtained from third-party data providers, including but not limited to API-Football (API-Sports) and other licensed data sources.

You acknowledge that:

• ZilScore makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of football data
• You should not rely on ZilScore data for betting, financial, or other decisions where accuracy is critical
• Official sources (such as league websites or broadcasters) are the definitive record of football events
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on data displayed in ZilScore

ZilScore does not provide betting tips, gambling advice, or odds. Polls within the app are intended for entertainment and community engagement only and should not be used as a basis for betting decisions.

6. Community Content and User Conduct

ZilScore allows users to participate in community features such as polls, comments, replies, and user profiles ("User Content"). When you submit User Content, you agree to the following rules:

You will NOT post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Promotes violence, discrimination, hatred, or harm against any individual or group
• Contains hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right
• Constitutes spam, junk mail, chain letters, or unsolicited advertising
• Contains software viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or harm
• Promotes illegal activities, including unlicensed gambling or betting
• Impersonates another person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation
• Discloses personal information of others without their consent
• Reveals match-fixing rumors, undisclosed insider information, or content that could compromise the integrity of football competitions
• Promotes piracy, unauthorized match streams, or copyright-infringing content

You will NOT use the Services to:

• Advertise or sell goods or services without our prior written permission
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or profile to another person
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, edit, refuse to post, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly content that violates these Terms.

7. Content License

Your License to Us

By posting User Content on ZilScore, you grant ZilScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform that content in connection with the Services and our business operations.

This license is necessary so that we can display your content within the app, store it on our servers, and feature it across our platforms.

Our Content License to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZilScore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Services without our written permission
• Modify, create derivative works of, or republish content from the Services
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings
• Use the Services to build a competing product or service

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks of ZilScore are owned by ZilScore or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks (including football club crests, league logos, and competition names) remain the property of their respective owners. Their use within ZilScore is for identification and editorial purposes only and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

8. Copyright and DMCA

ZilScore respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright laws, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content displayed on ZilScore infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@zilscore.com with the following information:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The exact location (URL or in-app reference) of the allegedly infringing material
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We will review and respond to valid notices within 10 business days. For more details, see our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

9. Sponsored Advertisements

ZilScore may display sponsored advertisements from third-party advertisers with whom we have direct business relationships. These advertisements:

• Are clearly marked as sponsored content
• Are not personalized or targeted using your personal data
• Are reviewed and approved by ZilScore before display
• Are managed directly by us, not by a third-party advertising network

ZilScore is not responsible for the products, services, claims, or conduct of third-party advertisers. Any transactions you enter into with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

ZilScore does not use Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, or other third-party advertising networks that track users across applications or websites.

10. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the restrictions in Section 6, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Modify, adapt, or hack the Services
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Services without our express written consent
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them
• Bypass any rate limits or access restrictions we impose

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using ZilScore at any time. You may delete your account through Settings → Account → Delete Account or by emailing support@zilscore.com.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• We discontinue the Services
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses you granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZilScore disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including football data, news, or statistics
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Services will meet your requirements

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZILSCORE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Because ZilScore is provided free of charge to users, this limitation often results in liability of zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZilScore and its owners, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@zilscore.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days and work in good faith to resolve the issue.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the Republic of Seychelles, in accordance with Seychelles arbitration law, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Seychelles, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Notify you through the app (in-app banner or notification)
• Send an email if you have provided one (for significant changes)

Your continued use of ZilScore after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.
